ArtPush Creative Art Program & Girls Inc. of the Island City Announce Kids Art Workshop and Gallery Exhibit
With a goal of introducing art as a way to envision a better future, local artists and children (of all ages) will come together for the Creative Art Program workshop. Visualization is a great tool to get moving towards a successful future. Instructors Jessica Warren and Yolanda Cotton Turner will be hosting this workshop along with artists & volunteers Justin Iredale and Wesley E Warren.

What we are about
With a goal of introducing kids to art as a way to envision a better future, local artists and children will come together for a creative workshop held in April at Studio 23 in Alameda at Studio 23 in Alameda. A gallery exhibit “The Future Is Female” will take place at Studio 23 Gallery in April. What We Do
ArtPush’s Creative Art Program focuses on education through artistic expression. The goal of the workshop is to get children really thinking and imagining themselves in a future with limitless possibilities. Visualization is a great tool to get kids moving towards a successful future.
A gallery exhibit in collaboration with Girls Inc. of Island City & G.E.M.S. “The Future Is Female” will be held following the children’s art workshop, showcasing the children’s artwork. Volunteer Artists will also be showing their works along side the children. RSVP | Read More…
Thank you to the California Arts Council who helped make this workshop and gallery exhibit possible in 2023! Their support not only helped pay participating artist and teachers but also helped us purchase art supplies we can use over and over again! We could not have done this program without their support.
